RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ceyar Jewelers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund policy before placing an order.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification.
• Proof of purchase or the original order information is required.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
• Engraved or specially modified items.
• Resized or altered jewelry.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or otherwise used.
• Items missing original packaging or components.
• Final-sale items clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Ceyar Jewelers is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ceyarjewelers@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

A refund will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.
